Return and Refund Policy
You have 15 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to return your order without needing to provide an explanation, provided that:
- The items are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
- All safety seals remain intact, and any labels are retained.
This return policy is valid for the countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia.
1. Deadline to Apply for a Return
Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving the item(s). The items must be kept in their original condition, with labels and packaging intact and unused.
2. Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning multiple items, please return them together to take advantage of Free Return on all items. If items are returned separately, additional shipping fees may apply.
- If items are returned separately, the actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies both in the case of dissatisfied products as well as for a defective product.
3. Return Labels
With most packages, return labels are included in the box. If this is not the case, please send us an email at support@besthomeandkitchen.com, and we will send them digitally. You can then print them and include them in the return package.
4. Timeframe for Full Refunds
A full refund will be issued once we receive your package and confirm that the return conditions have been met. The sooner you return the item(s), the quicker you will receive your refund. You will have your refund within 20 business days using the payment method you used when ordering.This timeframe may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be returned via the same method used for the original payment.
6. Exchanges
Currently, we do not support item exchanges. However, you are welcome to place a new order for a different item before or after your refund is processed, as these processes are independent.
7. Money Back Guarantee
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- The product is not received within the buyer protection period.
- The product received is not as described.
8. Return Condition
Note: Only products in NEW condition can be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use.
*New = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

10.Return Method
You can return your item(s) by mail. Please securely package them and send them to the return address provided by our customer support.(different locations for different products and different countries)
